3. Reader Revenue, Subscriptions, and Payments
- Subscriptions & Paid Features: We may offer paid subscriptions, memberships, contribution models, premium content, or digital access through Google Reader Revenue Manager, Google News Center, or direct billing integrations.
- Payment Processing: All purchases, subscriptions, and recurring charges are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party billing providers) to charge your designated payment method.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a specific offer, all payment transactions, reader contributions, and subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your recurring subscriptions at any time via your account settings or the managing portal (e.g., Google Reader Revenue / Google Play).
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of app.bumpaix.com or related software.
- Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to collect content or data from the Services without express written authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our platform and servers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Content: All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, audio, artwork, computer code, and AI model implementations contained on bumpaix.com and app.bumpaix.com are owned, controlled, or licensed by ZAMZILLA dba BumpAIx and are protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws.
- User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit or post to the platform. However, by submitting content, you grant BumpAIx a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including Google News Center and Google Reader Revenue. BumpAIx is not responsible for third-party practices, tools, or content. 7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAMZILLA dba BumpAIx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZAMZILLA dba BumpAIx, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
